Case Study
This EduPeople VR Case Study has been produced to spotlight the power that Virtual Reality has to enhance learning through experience.
Who are EduPeople VR?
EduPeople VR is an organisation that aims to accelerate school improvement with expert coaching, supervision, and compliance support. They put together VR workshops in schools, providing fun and interesting lessons to children around the country.
What Hardware Have They Used?
We supplied EduPeople VR with a 15 User Pico G3 Kit which they took to schools to use in their Virtual Reality workshops. We also supplied our headset branding and offered our white glove service, so that their headsets were ready to go right out of the box.
How was Their Experience?
We spoke with Justin Peoples from EduPeople VR about how his experience with his kit was. He said that his headsets were remarkably user-friendly and robust enough for regular use in schools. He highlighted that the quick set-up time and reliable performance allowed him to focus on what matters most – delivering engaging educational experiences.
They utilise a carefully curated mix of content including stunning 4K wildlife footage, ExpeditionsPro for virtual tours and MEL Science for STEAM experiences. They also collaborate with various other partners to ensure a wide range of subjects and topics (but don’t want to give away all their secrets!). This variety allows them to align perfectly with the UK National Curriculum whilst providing truly immersive learning experiences.
“VR technology is revolutionising how we deliver educational experiences. Through our partnership with RedboxVR, we’re able to transport students from their classrooms to anywhere in the world – or beyond.
The impact on engagement and learning retention has exceeded our expectations, and we’re excited to continue pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in immersive education.”

EduPeople VR
The Impact of Virtual Reality.
We’ve been told the the impact of VR has been extraordinary. Students aren’t just learning about places and concepts – they’re experiencing them. Whether it’s standing in ancient Athens, exploring polar regions, or witnessing wildlife adaptations in the rainforest, VR creates memorable learning moments that stick. The level of engagement and enthusiasm they have seen from pupils has been remarkable.
We were told that the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. One teacher recently commented, ‘It’s the best thing since sliced bread!’ EduPeople VR regularly hear from teachers about how the workshops have sparked curiosity and deeper understanding amongst their pupils. Students often tell them it’s their ‘best school day ever.’ They are also fascinated by their business and the technology itself, so they end up running Q and A sessions after the lessons
