Coventry Libraries implement VR

Published

We are pleased to have been featured on a blog post posted on gov.uk about libraries in Coventry that have recently been implementing virtual reality into four of their libraries. They have done this to give people an opportunity to experience VR that wouldn’t otherwise have the means to.

We were more than happy to provide a robust plug-in-and-play solution, each one loaded with an easy-to-use app that showcased an award-winning collection of VR content that would appeal to all ages and backgrounds, from the BBC and Diversion Cinema.

Alongside the VR content, the BBC’s Research and Development team carefully curated a selection of immersive audio experiences, including binaural audio dramas, slow radio and documentaries designed to immerse listeners in an expanded sonic field.
